Our Board of Directors

CUNB is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors with the active participation of cooperative organizations of all sizes across Canada, putting Plan participants at the decision making table. The Board brings the accountability and voice of all Plan participants to the management of the plan.

The CUNB Board ensures the Plan continues to evolve to meet the needs of Plan participants. An annual independent analysis is conducted to ensure the Plan remains relevant, valued, marketable and price competitive. The Board also monitors and manages the relationships with our Service Partners to ensure service standards are met.

The CUNB Board is supported by the CUNB Executive Director and a team of industry leading Service Partners. Board members work as strong and active advocates on behalf of each Plan participant to ensure you get the most out of the plan.
